• 1 Bedroom surcharge during high/peak season at US$ 20.00 per night, 2 bedroom at US$ 30.00 per night and 3 bedroom at US$ 50.00 per night
• Full payment must be made prior to arrival by money transfer or credit card (only VISA, MASTER, AMEX are accepted)
• Voucher (Confirmation Slip) will be sent (through e-mails or fax) to you to bring along for check in after the settlement fully made and confirmed into our bank account
• We require at least 7 (seven) working days ( 1 (one) week) before check in date to process the reservation under prepayment basis
• Cancellation Fee will be 1 night charge if occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival and full payment for No Show in low season only.
