Please come early

All treatments are completed at the scheduled time. To enjoy the full value of the treatment do come at least 15 minutes early so that you will have ample time to get ready and start your treatment promptly.

Kindly give 24 hours cancellation notice

A 24 hour cancellation notice is needed to facilitate the re-scheduling of your appointment as it is based on space availability. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. If notice is not given, full charges will be imposed, Spa treatments and products are non exchangeable, non refundable and non transferable.
