Each villa consists of one bedroom, one bathroom and an open air ocean view verandah. Ideal for dining, facing a plunge pool. One of the smaller buildings is a kitchen, and the other is a wooden gazebo designed for siestas.
* Presidential Villas:5 units. 200 sq. mts. Single storey, with a main building and two smaller Bales, comprising a kitchen and a small wooden gazebo. Each of these excellent villas offer two spacious bedrooms, with their own private bathroom, a semi - circular verandah for living / dining area and an open entrance foyer.
There is also a 20 sq. mts plunge pool attached to a wooden sundeck.
* Two - storey Villas:8 units. 140 sq. mts. Villas under one roof. The superior Villa can be split into two separate units or opened into the large unit for families or groups.
The bedrooms and the bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The sea facing top floor is an open air area sheltered by rainproof bamboo curtains , and comfortable furnitures.
