Note:

• Above rates Inclusive of 1(one) time transfer in-out (airport-hotel-airport) for reservation of minimum of 4 nights in this hotel only.
• Return airport transfer at US$ 15.00 for reservation of 3 nights or less (4 persons max in the car). Only 1(one) transfer vehicle is provided.
• All rates are nett, inclusive of 21% goverment tax and service charges
• High Season Surcharge USD 50 during high season period (4 - 12 Dec & 23 Dec - 5 Jan) for Villa and Peak Season Surcharge USD 100
• Full payment must be made prior to arrival by money transfer or credit card (only VISA, MASTER, AMEX are accepted)
• Voucher (Confirmation Slip) will be sent (through e-mails or fax) to you to bring along for check in after the settlement fully made and confirmed into our bank account
• We require at least 7 (seven) working days ( 1 (one) week) before check in date to process the reservation under prepayment basis
• Cancellation Fee will be 1 night charge if occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival and full payment for No Show
