Consist of 23 rooms : divided into 14 standard, 6 deluxe, 2 suite, and 1 family suite with living room, kitchen and mini bar. All our rooms are equipped with world channel TV, IDD telephone, air-conditioning, bath tube with hot and cold water. Our bungalows are special designed to help you relax and enjoy a quite, rejuvenating holiday.

Note:

• Above rates Inclusive of 1(one) time transfer in or transfer out (airport to hotel or otherwise) for reservation of minimum of 3 nights in this hotel only.
• Return airport transfer at US$ 18.00 and one way at US$ 10.00 (4 persons max in the car). Only 1(one) transfer vehicle is provided.
• All rates are nett, inclusive of 21% goverment tax and service charges
• Surcharge USD 10 /room/night on Peak Season ( 23 Dec - 05 jan )
• Christmas Compulsory dinner (24th December) rate is TBA
• New Years Eve Compulsory dinner (31st December) rate is TBA
• Payment can be made by credit card (only VISA and MASTERCard are accepted) but incur additional 3% of the total rate (Bank Charge)
• Voucher (Confirmation Slip) will be sent (through e-mails or fax) to you to bring along for check in ONLY after the payment/settlement fully made and confirmed into our bank account
• We require at least 7 (seven) working days ( 1 (one) week) before check in date to process the reservation under prepayment basis
• Cancellation Fee will be 1 night charge if occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival and full payment for No Show in LOW SEASON ONLY. Pre-payment needed in HIGH/PEAK SEASON period
