General Terms and Conditions:

Inclusions:

1. All transfer and English/German/French/Spanish speaking guide upon availability. Tour is arrange privately and you will not be combined with other bookings/group.

2. Entrance fee and tickets to designated attractions. List of locations and full itinerary will not be provided/available until you arrive in Bali.

3. Lunch and Breakfast and Accommodation in places that we recommended. Most of the accommodation are Balinese style accommodation, clean, and well appointed. Certainly our associate hotels/bungalows have good standards.

4. Around the clock assistance from our guide.

5. Comfortable, clean and full air conditioned vehicle, well mannered and professional driver and guide, with broad knowledge of Balinese customs and traditions.

6. Entrance to performance (ticket) may be included, depending on the date of your travel. If available on schedule, it will automatically be included in your itinerary.

7. 2 large bottles of chilled soft drinks and mineral water (daily) on vehicle.

8. Souvenirs.

Exclusions:

Dinner is NOT INCLUDED but we can recommend places for you to have dinner or should you wish to try local food/market our guide will be more than happy to assist.

Additional Note :

Roundtrip is fairly flexible and is arrange to suit your desire and taste. The itinerary provided in Bali will consist of places that you can visit in certain area or activities you can choose from. Since there are numerous choices, you may not visit all places that we recommend.

As our guide are local (Balinese) people they do knows a lot of beaten track on the island. You will be overwhelmed by the originality of these package. Please note that YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED TO SEE FULL LIST OF TOURISM OBJECTS UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.

Maximum per roundtrip is 4 persons but exclusions can be made if necessary. This to ensure comfort and conveniences is provided along with full attention of our guide.

Calculations are made for 2 persons each room (1 person will pay for 2) and adults (above 12 years of age). Children may get discount (please inquire to us accordingly).

Payment and General Inquiries:
Payment:

Payment must be made at least 2 weeks in advance paid in full to our account holder (beneficiary account under the name of Mr Bagus Perbawa, WorldWide Division Manager of Prema Tours and Travel Bali).

Cancellation charge within 3 (72 hours) days of tour will be full amount. 1 week before package (roundtrip) will be based on administration and bank charge (administration is 10% of the total amount paid and bank charge is paid upon returning the fund back to clients).

Cancellation 1 week or more prior to package will be no charge, but there will be bank charges (if payment allready made to us) to inccur.

All bank charges will be levied to clients and we (Prema Tours and Travel Bali) will receive full amount as indicated.

Other method will be by providing us your credit card details by fax/emails and filling out reservation form accordingly and payment will be made in Bali (upon arrival).

Discounts:

Discount rate is provided upon notifications only and NOT PUBLISHED ON INTERNET.

Insurance:

Although the tours /package include insurance, we ENCOURAGE each clients to take their personal insurance upon their travel to Bali.

Medications and disabilities:

Please have medication ready during your tours/package such as diarrhea tablet, headache or stomach ache pills, sunscream, etc. We do provide first aid kit inside the vehicle. Should you require regular medication check up, please inform us in advance (prior to your booking) so we can make appropriate arrangements prior reservation. Similarly, client with disabilities/disadvantage should inform us in advance for us to ensure your full safety and comfort.

Additional Charges during package:

Generally there are no additional charges during the package. There are charges to incur should you may wish to:
- Arrange private performance (dances) or hire someone to teach you to dance
- Other occasions which you may required special attention/care during tours

Rate that we offer on this Internet include Government tax and service charge but additional charges will be levied should bank to bank transaction occurs.
